Need to send something back? Here's what you need to know before you begin your return process: 

Don't forget:

Make sure to ship back the product in its new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery! We cannot accept sets worn, without tags, and without original packaging.

E-mail us at support@4WBW.shop and we will guide you through the return process.

Package the items in the original package, affix the return label if provided by 4WBW

Affix the pre-paid return label over the original mailing label

Drop the return in your mailbox, with your mailman, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.


Other important information:

Free tracking is included for all addresses within the U.S.

Each returned garment is subject to a $3.95 restocking fee

Final sale items are not eligible for returns

Please allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.


EXCHANGES

All the information you’ll need to make an exchange can be found below:  

Make sure to ship back the entire product in its new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery! We cannot accept worn products.

Request a Voucher code from Support@4wbw.shop to order a replacement product, and be sure to confirm your order was sent back to our warehouse.

Pack the items and return form in the original box, then seal securely with tape to prevent contents from falling out

If provided, affix a pre-paid return label over the original mailing label.
