They only way to feel better mentally and physically is by taking care of your health. A couple minutes of running or your choice of exercise 4 times a week could really improve your physical health. Don’t neglect your mental health, it is just as important. To improve mentally try meditation. Meditating every morning and night for 5 minutes can help you relax and clear your mind. Also, please get the proper amount of sleep. Sleep can affect your mental and physical state.

  1. Me Time

Don’t wear yourself out. Being around people all day can drain your energy. Take some time for yourself. Pamper yourself with a bubble bath, a nice book, a face mask or a walk with some fresh air.

  1. Surroundings

Like I said before, people can drain your energy. Choose carefully who you have around you because they can influence your mood tremendously. Surround yourself with positive energy. Good vibes only!

  1. Priorities

Only do activities you love. Life is too short to spend your time on activities that don’t bring you any happiness. Prioritize what’s most important and leaves you feeling content.

  1. Compliments

Give yourself some love. Compliment yourself! Only say the things you love about yourself instead of dwelling on the things you hate. Also, compliment yourself with some material items. Buy items that make you feel confident. Buy that lingerie set! Buy that blush! Buy those shoes! Buy that face serum!

Self love relies on your thoughts and actions. Take care of yourself!
